TechCrunch is reducing ticket prices for its upcoming Founder Summit in Boston while introducing a new slate of small group strategy sessions.

The event will take place on November 4 at the SoWa Power Station in Boston. Organizers are currently offering a 25 percent discount on admission for a limited time. A separate buy one get one deal will allow attendees to bring a colleague at no extra cost.

The new programming features six specific roundtables designed for detailed discussion. These sessions will run alongside the main conference tracks. Participants will work through specific operational challenges with industry experts.

The schedule includes a 10:45 a.m. session led by Alexandra Ames of Blueprint Lab. She will discuss how early stage companies can use events strategically without a full time team. Two concurrent sessions are scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Chirag Shah of Define Ventures will address market entry in regulated industries. Shishir Tewari of Procore Technologies will examine how knowledge graphs improve AI reliability.

The afternoon programming focuses on enterprise sales and category creation. Merve Kitapci of ADIN.AI will speak at 1:15 p.m. about closing major enterprise customers before a Series A round. Her session will reference deals with L'Oreal and Vodafone. Andy Tang of Draper Associates will follow at 1:55 p.m. to discuss selling products that do not fit established categories.

Linden Tibbets, CEO of IFTTT, will lead the final roundtable at 2:35 p.m. He will explore how small teams can use AI to increase output without adding headcount. The event will also include a live pitching competition called So You Think You Can Pitch?. Steve Fredette, co-founder of Toast, is scheduled to share founder perspectives during the main stage sessions.

Networking opportunities will include a lounge sponsored by Braindate and a closing reception from Fidelity Private Shares. The main stages will cover topics such as product market fit and fundraising. The program aims to help founders build and scale companies outside the Bay Area.
